You seem to have a very limited idea of what a face looks like.
Here’s a link to a gallery of head portraiture sculpts in the louvre. You can find a lot more on that site. Try copying them and get used to the wide variety of head types and bone structures that exist.

I like your sculpts a lot. They are not all the same, but some of them do look very similar. There are fat people, old people, skinny people, and happy people out there too.:)
