Hallo all,

I have a big problem I can’t solve. I bouhgt Mudbox online some days ago at the Autodesk shop website. After that I got an ‘thank you for buying’ e-mail and at the place where the serial should be was nothing. Just empty there.
I think that there is some cooperation between Plimus and Autodesk an I mailed to both and I got just one time the same ‘thank you for buying from autodesk mail’ as anwswer again without a serial. Nothing more.

Last year all works fine, the year befor also.

Is there somebody who could give me a help what to do? Is there a special person who i could write to insted of the automated websites where nothing happens? Thanks

call an autodesk office in your country, but remember its the weekend now, nothing will be done until monday
