Hi

Beginners question here.

When extracting texture maps in Mudbox, there are automatic options for Ambient Occlusion, displacement and Normal maps. How do I go on about creating a color map? I spent the entire day on online tutes but they were of no help. I know its a simple thing but could not find anything anywhere. Need help.

Regards

if you have painted something in mudbox it will save those files beside your scene file…
there should be a texture folder…

if you like to transfer the color between two objects use the transfer maps feature…
