Hello everybody! I’ve stumbled upon an issue with my mesh when trying to paint it in 3D, I think you will spot the issue in the screenshot below:

I cant paint on some parts of the model, and some parts are very slow on taking up the color, as if they are far away. The UVmap is mirrored and seems quite correct to me. I do recall tho some message popping up about my model having several of some areas, and what I needed to use arrow keys to load them.

Any ideas what causes the issue? It is modeled in maya, both 2011.

Problem solved by switching to 16bit instead of 8bit when creating texture file.
