I have 7gb mud file that is stalling at 99%
Its 1 model with 50mill polycount.
I have already created a selection set, and hidden like 75% of the model so that less then 10 mill are visible. Sculpting and saving were not a big issue. Opening scene file is stalling though -file was saved at highest subd level.
I have 24gb of Ram, and it doesnt appear to be getting maxed. Entire mesh was visible at 21 gb of Ram. Once things were hidden, it was only using around 12.
Same issue with the .bak file.
Any solutions?
