I am getting corrupted 2012 SP1 preferences almost on a daily basis now. Is there going to be a fix for this soon?

Working on a SP2 which should include a fix for this issue.

I may await SP2 with greater enthusiasm than the Second Coming.

It appears to be related to use of the transform tools.  Are you able to confirm this?  If you do NOT use the transform tools do your settings remain sound?

Confirmed. After using the transform tools - move/rotate/scale object - and saving the file, then trying to start mudbox fails with ‘program error’ message.  Not using the transform tools and sculpting further on an opened work then saving and quitting, allows Mudbox to start without problems.
