of course mudbox . i recommend you to try standard brushes on a sphere with both softs and to see the difference . zbrush might have lots of features but i prefer to sculpt with mudbox .

Get mudbox man. Zbrush in Nice but it has Major Technical problems.
like it will shrink your mesh when you subdivide it. then you cant even do morph targets!

it also has scaling issues.
