Sculpting very thin objects like insect wings on both sides?

How do you sculpt very thin objects like insect wings, fabric etc? Is there an option like “project through”? I think I remember something like that from the earlier version…

How I’d personally do it, is to create a selection set for the inside and outside of the wing or cloth and hide the side you aren’t working on.

Thanks. Hm, well actually I need both sides to be transformed at once. So if there’s a bulge on the top then there should be a hole on the bottom etc. Is there a way to affect the polys on the backside aswell? Only in the negative direction? In Zbrush3 its like that by default (don’t know what the name for it is) It behaves like pushing your finger inside a slice of molten gouda. You see the effect on both sides.
