I think it’d be great if after painting a layer mask you had the ability to apply that layer mask to the layer so that its effects would stay but the actual mask would be gone. This way you wouldnt run into the problem of having to battle with creating a smooth transition from what is masked and what is not. It also would make it so that you would be able to utilize the whole mesh once again for sculpting instead of having to create an additional layer to affect the areas that are being masked in your current layer. Tibor, Andrew and Dave I hope you guys still read these suggestions now that we are no longer on skymatter forums. Do you?
