I hope this is not considered a double post, if so I apologize.
I have merely been asking about the existence of this and would like to make it a suggestion now. If I am the only one interested I’ll just be quiet.
I’m a big fan of the “local focus” feature found in the preferences. Like many former Zbrush users I have gotten used to it and I’m glad Mudbox also has it. What Mudbox doesn’t do right now is zooming in and out respecting the local focus, which is in my opinion very important to effectively use it.
It would be nice to have the option to let the local focus (the part of the mesh it’s on, that is) stay in place while dollying. After all the whole point of the feature is not to let that part of the mesh go off screen..
