Airbrush Problem!

Hi,

I have been testing SBP 2010 R1 SP1 with snow leopard for a few hours and have realized that the airbrush tool fails to sense the lower levels of pressure. Im having to put a fair amount of pressure for the airbrush to start blocking in the lightest shades. Is this normal? With pencils it registers all the pressure levels just fine. Problems only with the airbrush.
