Hey,

Are there any plans to add natural media brushes or natural media blending brushes on future upgrades of SBP? It seems these have been included in the apps version, it would be great if they were available in the regular full program.

While blending brushes are pretty awesome; I think that historically we’ve seen evidence that AD thinks of this as purely “sketching” software. Finishing tools are further up the product chain.

Would definitely love to see more brush options and a better brush editor in general.

why do I get better brushes in SB mobile than I do in SB pro 2011? I paid 80 dollars for SB pro and I think 2.99 for SB Mobile.
where can I get some brushes like in SB Mobile?

Well, you never know with Autodesk—if enough people request it they will most likely make the addition. They’ve been silent on earlier requests, then “bing!” there it appears in the next upgrade.

There are comparable programs in the same price range (or free) that simulate natural media extremely well, so it can also most likely be added to Sketchbook Pro. Perhaps as an additional control in the brushes menu called “natural blend” or something like that, so that you can control how much your stroke mixes with previous strokes on the same layer. Then perhaps variations for wet and dry media....

If they did that, I would never have to use another painting program again. Never. Ever. ;)
