I have Sketchbook Mobile on my iPhone, and when I send a file to iCloud from the iPhone, and then try to open a file from the iCloud gallery in Sketchbook Pro on my 10.7.2 iMac, nothing is there in the gallery.
I think I know the problem, but I want to confirm:
I use my old MobileMe name *******@mac.com as my iCloud account.
My iTunes account however that I bought the desktop version of Sketchbook Pro is ***********@yahoo.co.jp (an American iTunes account).
Is this why I cannot download the file from iCloud on the desktop app?
Does it assume that the iCloud account is the iTunes account that it was purchased with?
