If I pick color on my cintiq, it samples it as BLACK every single time: http://cl.ly/9Rtt
if I pick color on my main display, it works.
Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I’m using a Cintiq12WX.
I just installed Lion and I was hoping the latest patch both Wacom and Autodesk just released would resolve the problem…
It did not. :(
It is not a Wacom problem because Photoshop’s color picker works perfectly whether you have your canvas on your main display or the Cintiq’s.
Hopefully more of us with the same problem will notify Autodesk so that a solution can come from their end.
