i have downloaded the sp2 for my sketchbook pro on windows7.
it was supposed to contain the copic pallets - but there are no such pallets.
i tried to download from this link - http://copic.jp/en/sketchbook-ce.html
but there is a server error.
what to do??

Hello there.
The correct link to download the SP2(the update that contains the Copic Libraries) of sketchbook Pro is: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/ser...id=2334435&linkID=9242579
Now to try an solve your issue. To upgrade to SBP SP2, you will need to un-install your previous version of SBP. If you run the upgrade without un-installing it first it may look like its installing it, but it won’t, and you will end up with the same SBP you had already installed.
I know it may sound confusing but that’s what happened to me… I hope this helps you.
