Sketchbook Pro (SP1, v5.1) is easily one of my favorite programs for drawing/painting, but two bugs are preventing me from using it on my Asus EP121 tablet running Win7 64bit.

1.  The first issue is with the eyedropper.  There appears to be a significant offset between the area where the eyedropper is located on the screen and the actual coordinates the tool is sampling from.  This makes is nearly impossible to sample colors correctly.

2.  The second issue is with the lagoon.  When I select a tool with the lagoon, the lagoon zooms a little and jumps off the screen along with whatever palette is close to the lagoon.

The eyedropper issue is critical, while the lagoon issue is just odd and a little annoying.  I uploaded a screen capture video to youtube which demonstrates both bugs (lagoon first, then the eyedropper).

Please help!

Have you checked the mapping settings on your Wacom Preferences? Assuming you’re using one of course. Also, try re-setting your SBPro by deleting or renaming your current prefs folder.

I am also having this issue where using the Lagoon Menu and the Eyedropper does this weird magnification in that general area of the screen. (see screenshot).

Please help.  The above suggestion hasn’t worked.  Thanks.

Well, after discussing it with a co-worker, we found out how to fix this (and hopefully it works for you too AndrewMT.

If you have Windows 7, In your Control Panels -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display
If it’s set to Medium (125%) change it to Smaller (100%) and this did the trick for me.  For some reason, my Eee Slate came with it preset to 125% and this was what was causing the issue all this time.  Hope it helps ;).
