Hello all.
Never paid much attention to who was behind Sketchbook Pro until now.
Sketchbook Pro is crashing on me all the time.
I’ve downloaded the new Autodesk Sketckbook but I’m having a heck of a time trying to find how I can get info on upgrading with my current Alias Sketchbook to the new Autodesk Sketchbook.
Do I have to buy the software all over again (doesn’t seem right) who can I email at Autodesk to help me?

Anyone?

Thanks,
Rob

Sorry Rob, Sketchbook Pro 2010 is the new program, a stand-alone version to which you can’t upgrade, so you need to purchase it. I’m hoping (along with everyone else ;)) that any subsequent improvements will require only upgrades, rather than another whole new program. I think this to be the case, as when 2010 first came out cheungc, when interviewed, said that this version is what the team will be building improvements on.

Thanks for the info. <sigh> Not quite what I wanted to hear but at least now I know.
Appreciate it.
Rob
