Problem/BUG:  Custom Marking Menu does not pop up when customized Express Key or Pen Button are pushed in Sketchbook Pro using a Wacom Tablet/Windows 7/Vista.  Customized Marking Menu WILL only pop up when the Layer selected is hidden, making this feature useless.

Solution:

1.  Update Drivers and Service Packs for Wacom Tablet and Sketchbook Pro
2.  Open the Start Menu in Windows and type Services in the search box
3.  Click on the “Gear” labelled Services
4.  Search for Tablet PC Input Service, Select it and Click STOP service
5.  Do not STOP service for Tablet Service Wacom
6.  Open up Your Tablet Preferences & Sketchbook Pro, Assign Hotkeys to Sketchbook Pro Pen Buttons and Express Keys
7.  Test it out and it should work correctly now

Hope this saves you the aggravation I felt trying to figure this out.
