I have Win7 64-bit and a Cintiq 21ux.
I just got Sketchbook Pro 2011 and it works beautifully - for the first 10-15 minutes. At a certain point, the stylus pressure sensitivity goes away and immediately afterward the stylus no longer works in the drawing area. I can hover and click over the floating and drop down menus, but nothing happens when I try to draw. The mouse still works though.
I need to shut down the program and re-open it for it to work again so I can continue sketching.
Any info would be much appreciated!

I am having the EXACT same problem, and have been ever since I “upgraded” to Window 7. It’s bloody obnoxious, as it ruins my workflow. I’ve tried running SBP on high priority. I’ve tried disabling Tablet/PC services. I’ve tried disabling right click stylus stuff. I tried upgrading Sketchbook Pro to 2011, nothing is working. Did you ever find a solution?
