I purchased Sketchbook online in January and I recently bought a new computer and would like to transfer the license from my old PC (running windows XP) to my new computer (running windows 7).
I saw a video online showing how to transfer the license but when I came to the step showing how to go to Start/Programs/Autodesk/Sketchbook/ and the find the Online License Transfer tool...it wasn’t there. I did as thorough a search as I could and have come up empty.
I downloaded a trial version on my new PC and I’m all ready to transfer the license but I don’t believe I have the tool that allows me to do so.
What might I be missing here?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
