Hello, I’m new here. I’ve got the Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 2011 and tried to use it with my tablet, the Genius tablet G-Pen 4500. It works well with the mouse, but when I use the pen, it just marks the line on the left side of the screen. I can’t draw, because all I want to draw go to the left side, then I’ve ask some Sketchbook users and they said that I could change the compatibility mode to Windows XP SP2/SP3 if I was using Windows Seven or Vista, but it doesn’t work. They’ve said to download Wacom driver, but I don’t know how it’s goin work if it say that I need the Genius driver. Can you guys help me please? I need to use this Sketchbook Pro, so please tell me what I can do.
I’ve tried to use the 2010 version too, and fail again. I’ve tried to change compatibility mode to Windows 2000, Windows NT, all of them, and nothing works.
Please, help me fix this! Thank you

I’ve never used a genius tablet and hopefully you’ve already solved this problem because you posted almost a month ago. Just in case you didn’t the only thing I can recommend is to uninstall all of the tablet drivers.
-If you have the cd that came with the tablet unplug the tablet and put the cd in after you uninstall the drivers. Usually the cd will allow you to install the drivers from it so you could try that.
-If you don’t have the cd still unplug the tablet and try to download the driver from the Genius website.
-If the tablet still doesn’t work with SBP after that you should probably contact customer service.
I’m sorry I couldn’t be much help, but like I said hopefully you already solved the problem yourself.
