Hi all,

I know this has been discussed in previous releases but I can’t seem to resolve it. The ruler moves perfectly fast / smooth with my normal mouse but as soon as I use the pen, it lags like an old computer or dated graphics card. Drawing with pen seems fine.

I’m running Win7, Core i7 930 CPU, 4GB Ram and 1GB graphics card.
The rotate canvas option is disabled by default. Tried re-installing also without luck.

Any assistance appreciated.

I have the same issue, bamboo fun here, 6core processor, 8gb ram… should not be having this problem.

Ok i found something out regarding the problem.

If you turn the ruler off and then back on using sketchbooks Gestures/flicks, the ruler and ellipse move freely until you “put them down” and try to move them again.

So for now it seems the only solution is to turn the ruler off and back on every time you want to move it.

Can you test this?
