1) A couple of times I’ve had SBP just freeze. I can get out by hitting the bottom button (on the iPad, not in SBP), but going back into the program doesn’t help. The only way to un-freeze it, far as I know, is to power down the iPad, which of course loses the drawing.

2) Occasionally it will go into eyedropper mode, apparently for no reason.

For only $4.99 I know I’m not entitled to gripe too much, but this is kind of disappointing. Has anyone else had these experiences, or know a fix?

What SBP and iOS versions are you running?
Can you reproduce these problems consistently? If so, please describe the steps.

Thanks for your feedback.

Mine also froze and nothing helped me recover. So I thought I could delete the app and reinstall.  I can see the app in my library but it will not download again. I guess I’m not savvy to Apple’s new cloud feature. If I purchase the app again will it fix the problem?

Ivan,

Thanks for your reply.

IOS 4.3.2 and SBP 2.0. I’m just getting to know my iPad and SBP, so it’s possible that I’m doing something that provokes this behavior and don’t realize it, but for now it just looks like random behavior.

I notice that there is no entry for SBP in my Settings screen. Is this significant?

Check the number of sketches you have saved. Above 1500 or 2000 may cause problems.

Check the available memory in your iPad. If you have less than 1 GB free, you may have problems.  Delete photos, music, videos, apps, or sketchbook pro sketches.
