just wondering if any one else out they’re is having this same problem,
just purchased Sketchbook pro 2010 trued to install it and ....the screen starts very slowly from the bottom, then is very difficult to do anything,......
i saw a few post about disabling the “screen rotate function”..i did this and it works, but .that’s the reason why i bought it.....i used the demo of 2009 and was hooked on this program....
anyone know of this being corrected?
thanks
lots of work to do......

There are some OS/Video Card combinations that are behaving like that. Most of them are on Vista.
We are trying to identify which systems have this problem to be able to debug it.
So, could you please list your system specs?
We are definitely looking for a solution to this problem.

I cannot rotate too. I’ve posted another message before because I haven’t notice this one.
I have a notebook with Mobility Radeon 9700. Why rotating the canvas is sooo slow on my PC? If the canvas is not rotated the painting speed is OK. If I do rotate it! It’s next to impossible to paint.
Is there a way to fix that?
I like Sketchbook certainly more than Corel Sketchpad and I would prefer it over the competition if rotating the canvas works for me.
Also I think that Sketchbook feels faster thatn Sketchpad is it really so?
Maybe it is related to ATI drivers and the 9XXX Radeons?
Unfortunately I cannot upgrade the drivers past Catalyst 8.7 because they’ve change something and the OpenGL driver crashes or falls back to software mode. In GDI generic mode SB works so slow it is impossible to use at all.
