Hi, I am new here and looking for a solution. I am testing software to utilize with the Wacom Cintiq 24HD for our very large worldwide corporation ($50B+ per year), so it’s a BIG deal. Originally I tried the Sketchbook Express software that is bundled with the Cintiq on a Dell M6500 Laptop using XP Pro x64 SP 2 o/s, with Nvidia FX 2800M graphics.

I was experiencing crashes pretty routinely. Mostly noticed it trying to save a file, it would happen every time. So I moved the device to a different computer to try, a Dell Precision T3400 engineering workstation running Windows XP Pro x64 with 8GB memory and downloaded the trial version of SBP to see if that would work. Same problem!! I have also had it crash doing other misc. things but mostly during saves.

We really like what this software has to offer, however, I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the bugginess of it, and the lack of support I am experiencing. Let me just say that IF we were to use this software at a corporate level worldwide, you would be looking at a very large number of licenses, but is HAS to work. Otherwise I will find something else.

Please help… provide a legitimate solution.
