Hello! I have the Autodesk Education Suite 2011 and everything works fine except for Sketchbook Pro. When I enter the serial number and product key into the pop up window, the OK button does not become active and I cannot get in! I’ve checked the number and key a zillion times and they are entered correctly, yet the system isn’t registering them at all. I have this expensive piece of software sitting here and I cannot use it because of what looks like a ridiculous bug :-( I can only use the limited version, which is indeed very limited.
Is this a known issue, and is there a cure for it? Please help!
P.S. I’ve tried both the Mac and the Windows versions and they both have this problem. I’m running Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Windows 7 respectively.
