Uninstall on Mac OS X - Help!

Due to problems I was having being unable to access help from Sketchbook Pro, I decided to uninstall it and try again. I removed the Autodesk folder from my Applications folder, and inserted the DVD. I go through the install procedure, but when I get to the screen where I can actually install it, the Sketchbook Pro install line is marked “Skip”, and I can’t reinstall.

Apparently, I have not completely uninstalled it. What do I need to do to fix this so I can reinstall?
