Hi, I’ve seen several posts about this but I haven’t found any solution and I can’t understand why Sketchbook Pro can’t handle its own rotate canvas feature. Whenever I rotate the canvas, the lag becomes so great that I cannot realistically draw or paint. If I rotate the canvas in Photoshop, there’s no lag whatsoever, so I won’t accept this is system specific. I’m on a Mac Pro with an ATI 5770 graphics card.

thanks

Well it Does warn of that. It’s silky smooth on my machine though. Then again, it’s a PC with nVidia geforce gtx 570.
Autodesk does prefer nVidia. It could help. I was talking to one of the guys over there and they said, although I don’t believe it, that everyone there uses a quadro card. I don’t believe it because that seems silly if Many of their users don’t. Plus there are a couple Mac users too for Maya and Sketchbook.
