Does anyone know if there’s a User Manual (PDF) for Sketchbook Pro 2009 available in English?  I bought the download version from the Autodesk store and after installation found 3 PDF manuals in both Chinese and Japanese, including a 140+ page User Manual.  But I haven’t found any equivalent English manuals… only the online help file, which isn’t the same.

Thanks,
Warren.

Hi Warren,

If you can send me your email address - the PDF seems to be too big to attach - I will happily send you a copy of the PDF for 2009.

Same story here. I’ve been searching half the morning with no luck. I hope someone can tell us where to find it.

Mine is definitely in English. is the lead developer on the app. Ask him about it.
If he says it’s alright I can post the file here.

Is there a manual, PDF or other, for SBP 2010? I realize that the developers stopped including manuals because some used them, some (most) didn’t; I like them, even if I have to print the manual myself from a pdf. And it sure beats taking up one whole monitor with a perpetually-open “Help” index. Plus, the Help system depends on having a picture-perfect internet connection at all times, and if there’s any problem in the system at all, the help file goes sideways. A pdf manual would be a big help.

I’m a complete noob to sketching software and just getting setup. Much to my chagrine there is no user manual and the help file refuses to load completely. Autodesk doesn’t seem to be providing much support either. Sketchbook appears to be a red haired step child in their catalogue.

Honestly, the program is so easy you don’t really need a manual. I’ve never used one but here’s mine.

Mike:

Thanks for the offer. I browsed the CD, opened some PDF folders and, lo and behold, found a copy. I would prefer to have it loaded with the software help file but we take what’s available. ...... and act grateful.

I purchased by download and my ‘Help’ file won’t load properly and there was no User Guide PDF. On reporting the defective ‘Help’ file, Autodesk directed me to this site. How can I get a copy of the PDF?

Anyone else having serious problems loading the help browser on Sketchbook 2011?  I am running Windows, and it seems the browser help html file is really buggy and I too can not find PDF help file.

Hi everyone,
I downloaded the trial version, and in a few days will buy the full version.
My purchase will be online, download.
How can I obtain the manual in pdf?
Actually would be much more comfortable of the help.
If someone gives me a link where to buy the manual, I would be very grateful!

thanks
Ivan
