Canvas resize

Any idea if adding canvas resize function would be possible? It’s great to have an option of big (2048x1536, ipad 2) or small (1024x768), but it would be very useful to be able to start a quick sketch on the standard resolution canvas and then be able to resize it to preferred dimensions (up to the maximum supported resolution of course).
Cropping would be useful as well :)
