Hi, on my copy of Sketchbook Pro for ipad, when I go to the store to see the brushes, it says I have installed all of the options (halftone, art pencils, etc.).  However, I never downloaded them and they do not come up when using the program.  I would like to use them, but it seems not to be in the cards.  What gives?

I have an ipad 1 if that makes a difference.

Thanks for your help!

Make sure you haven’t disabled the store by turning on In-App Purchase restrictions. Go to the Settings App and tap on General tab. There you will see Restrictions category on the right. Go into Restrictions and either disable them all or enable them to suit your needs, but just make sure In-App Purchases is set to On. SketchBookPro is clearly not communicating well enough the difference between a product being purchased and In-App Purchases being disabled. Sorry for the confusion.

Tap down one of the brush-icons to open the brush palette…
At the bottom you’ll see a row of dots… the white one is the selected brush page…
Tap in the right lower corner to open the pages to the right…
Tap in the left lower corner to open the pages to the left…
Select any of those brushes…

Nolan
