What version are you running - the free or the paid? If it is the paid, what you need to do is this:

with the image loaded, click the ring icon at the bottom of the screen to access the marking menu. Click Gallery. In the Gallery, click the image you want to export. At the bottom of the screen there are 4 icons. Click the 3rd on. You will get these options:

Export to Photo Library
Email Flattened
Email PSD

The email options will only appear if you have already set up an email account on your iPod.
