Hi, I have problem with non responsive 3 finger tap and all the 3 finger swipe. Is there anybody has similar problem and is there a way to fix it
? I have reinstalled the app 4 times with no luck. The first reinstallation fix the frozen cross hair that frozen on the screen and never go ay even afer restart my ipad. The second reinstalation is when i press cross sign on brush and color side menus and all of them gone without any idea how to recover them back. The 3 rd and 4 installation is trying to fix my 3 finger input problem. I’ m a newbie in ipad and sbpro. If there ‘ s anyboby can help would be great. Cheers!

My iPad 2 recently developed this same problem!
I’ve been using SB pro for the past month, and all of a sudden I can’t use the 3 finger tap to bring up the menu!!!?
I don’ t mean to sound paranoid, but I wonder if there is a conflict with the iDraw app I installed…
Hopefully the wisdom of crowds will save us from this blight.

Also try turning off zoom, which is a three-finger tapping action. It fixed for me.

Same problem here… It’s a bit random what the three-finger gesture does now…

I have the same problem. no 3 finger swipe function at all.
I wondered if the problem has arisen since the iPad update to iOs5.
Could the new 3,4 finger iPad swipe functionality might be messing with the sketchbook swipe?

Has this issue been rectified yet? It is quite frustrating and has led to my continued frustration and minimal use of the app.

I got a few replies when I first inquired about it from Mathieu Lesage in May before he stopped replying… For no reason.

It’s happening to me, on my first-gen iPad.

I know it’s odd because it says 4-5 finger, but turn off MultiTasking gestures in the general settings page and see if that helps. I was having issues and turning that off resolved quite a few of them even though I didn’t expect it to.

Multitasking gestures are off here. But I think that it sometimes has to do with a slower response by the gesture action - it can take up to 1-2 seconds before the undo / redo is finished, but I guess that again has something to do with the iPad needing to be restarted & get some RAM freed up..?

This is still a problem for me also. I have an Ipad2.
The only three finger gesture that responds at all is a double tap, which zooms the screen a little leaving
the side meus cropped. But this seems to be a gesture that isnt even an option in the sketchbook preferences.
None of the proscribed three finger gestures work at all.
Any suggestions, help, (sympathy?) from Autodesk on this this problem?
