this is korea.
i bought this Sketchbook MobileX using USA accounts.
Today, iphone noticed me update information of Sketchbook MobileX.
i tried update, but several problems occur again and again.
then i checked iTunes on PC, it shows me ‘Download’ page with blank list.
it was weird. because.. it never shows ‘Download’ page, but only when it download something.
then i figured out, sketchbook mobilex update process occur continueosly like zombie on ‘Download’ page.
what’s the problem? and also, the icon doen’t show up anymore. i think.. it was broken something.
is it happend only to me? (i already heard the others said ‘me niether.. it couldn’t fix, i forgave up, and i delete this App’) or.. is it happend only in my country?
(because korean can’t access the Apps for USA accounts. so they using gift card… when need update, they switch korean account and USA account.;; it’s very anoying job, but there is no other choice~ )
ps- by the way, is it ok to write a topic like this in here? where is the board for ‘bug report’~?

Hi. Similar problem with update and reenstall (after deletion) of sotware. iPhone installer asking for retry on pc, pc installer says that unable to download Artwork (i.e. icon, as I understand). I am on Japanese account. The same problem was reported by other 2 users on AppStore review. Please, fix. To clarify, this happens when trying to update or install free version of software. Thanks.

Already 5 Japanese users reported the same update problem. Please, look into that. After deletion there is no more chance to install your nice free software anymore. :(

hi i am an Australian customer and i have the same problem i was notified that there was an app update when i tryed 2 download it on my Iphone 3GS it said that there was a problem and that it will b waiting in iTunes 4 download on my pc but when i tryed that it keeps saying stopped (err = 8012) i have deleted the app off my fone and done a reinstall but nothing has changed im still getting the error plz help as i love the app and would like 2 c the new updates thx guys

Same problem here (American user). I had to have Apple completely remove Sketchbook MobileX from my iTunes account. Figuring it’s an Autodesk matter at this point I WAS going to wait until the update was updated, being impatient I uploaded the full version at $2.99 USD.
No problems with that download.

I am also having the “cannot download update” and “try it from your mac” issue as well. I don’t want to delete the app since I would lose some images I’m working on. I just want everyone to know you’re not crazy if this doesn’t work for you!

Yes, I’m having the same problem. This problem with SketchBook Mobile X (free version) is causing my other iPhone app updates to fail (the entire update process stalls because of the SketchBook MobileX).
The problem is that this app is missing it’s artwork (album art) in the iTunes store. Since the artwork is missing (the App Store shows a broken image icon instead), the download does not finish causing our updates to fail.
Please fix ASAP. This is really annoying.

I’m from Spain and iTunes show the 8012 mistake when you try to update.
