I find it working for me.  Did you create a new user for Pre4?

Nope, there should be anything special.  It worked exactly like it does when I made the training video on it.

Make a new user as Brian says and use the default Smoke Hotkeys (not Smoke Classic)

Hey, it worked.  Thanks so much.  New User fixed JKL function.
But I have another question: I erased all user names from the list and now that I want to put the same name for a new user, it wont let me because I’m using the same name as before, even though I can’t find the old name on the list.
How can I erase the user “memory” or ghost user names?
Do you understand what I’m saying? :)

I was waiting for someone to mention that I only said default Smoke shortcuts and not Smoke Classic.

Not to worry. I am only kidding :)

Using Smoke Classic, the play controls are V and C.  To adjust the playback speed, use the up and down arrow keys during playback and it will give the same playback speed control.
