Hello Mathew,
Can you keep this bug report / help request to a single thread rather than creating new topics. It just keeps the forum tidy :)

Thank you.

I was still wondering about how I can export my clips, right now I am having to screen record the screen to get videos out of smoke stabilized. when i go import footage and clip create project media in the media hub it says render pending but when i go to the jobs section, it is siting in waiting.  and does not change, seems when i don’t click the create project media it lets me stabilize the clip. but i can’t export that way. When i am stabilizing it says can not load media in the node/ for frame 15.

Sounds like you’ve found a bug. I have noticed a few people on the forum having problems exporting. I couldn’t export in Pre1 but Pre2 is more stable for me on my system. As I understand it, wiretap deals with export commands and it still seems to be buggy. The renders crash or hang. The stabilise node also seems to be unstable. Hopefully AD will fix these issues for Pre 3.

Hi Matthew.

I noticed on another thread that your Backburner Manager service isn’t running.
That is the main reason why you can’t export. The export feature uses Backburner to transcode the media.
I’ve also noticed that you were having problems reading media in the Media Hub, likely due to Wiretap Gateway issues. That might be why you’re getting this error in the stabilizer.

I’ve replied to that thread with further instructions: http://area.autodesk.com/for...a-completed-export-going/

Regards,
Robert.
