Also note that you do not need to run any script or app to upgrade your PR4 projects to PR5.
They will simply open in PR5 and work!

Has anyone experienced problems with ProRes 4444 QTs hanging on importing onto the timeline?
This happens when you scrub across the timeline or just play the clip.

I’ve also experienced issues with the time-warp tool on QT clips. It takes ages to change options like speed / mix / speed type and video fields.

just wondering if the same issue has been experienced across the forum, or wether it may be my MAC?

Does it work with PR2 projects? I was working in a project for fun and I liked the results, I would like to keep working in the new version… Yeah I found out there were new versions two weeks ago… :/

Well, looks like it doesn’t ... bummer. Any one with PR3 and PR4 to check if I can upgrade? Yes, I found out about upgrades today too. :(

Hi

I’m running my PR4 project into PR5. everything is ok. but i cannot Export using Apple iPad (1280x720) Preset. (it can in PR4).

and so the Jobs Tab at MediaHub is empty and not updating any Jobs. even it says ‘BACKBURNER: updating list’ So i don’t know is the job submitted to the backburner or not.

I’ve check on Backburner Manager, also the same. not updating. but in Backburner Manager (web) it has all my previous Jobs from PR4 listed.

Also, in Background Tasks, its empty. even more empty than any other Smoke version i’ve ever seen
