UV error while exporting to CryEngine

When I try to export my model into CryEngine there is an error saying: "More texture UV found on wooden_barrel_tc_CryExportNode.polymsh_detached." I have converted materials and made CryShaders for selections, but still have this error.

[Problem] Exporting animated car from Softimage to CE2

I did animation for car model (using CDS). I have 4 animated parts: Car_body, wheel1, wheel2, wheel3, wheel4 (everything just basic animated object without any rig). When i`m exporting my car with animation from Softimage i got problem. While playing animation in Sandbox 2 - Car_body moving as it should move but wheels rotating around car and not around their own axis. Is there anything i should know about exporting car animation from Softimage to CryEngine? And how to fix my problem? Mod Tool local rotation animation bug

Hi! I have a strange problem with the mod tool. In this one scene I am trying to animate and export a windmill.The problem starts when I try to animate the local rotation of an object but it always animates global. What's the problem? Crosswalk issue: Parts of exported model missing [SOLVED]

It's wierd but I've had a mesh within my model (I'm exporting about 31 meshes and 25 materials as a single model for the Sandbox engine) that just wouldn't come into the sandbox engine. So I checked the .dae file and it wasn't there either. So I assumed this is a crosswalk problem. Then I found that if I made the offending element/s into a model and put them under the cry export node, it did export. (This post started as a help request but I'm posting it anyway in case anyone else has similar issues.)

How do I save the materials in the sandbox editor?

When I imported my scene from XSI I found the materials for the scene were in the XSI assets folder (under Objects) (as a multi-material?) in the material editor. As I continued to work I pressed "save" assuming my material changes (changing textures/settings and texture paths) were being saved as well. (yep, I'm a cryengine noob). I then closed and opened again later to find everything (materials-wise) had been lost. My question: how do I save the changes I make in my material library? Cheers.

Custom Character and animation export

Hi, has anybody managed to export a custom character and animations to CryEngin2 through XSI yet? I see in the SDK manual it only mentions Max for characters but I would much rather go through XSI if possible.

1) In XSI the model looks coloured but when I export it to SB2 (or look at it in XSI with CryTekDisplay) it's just black. 2) When I convert a material to a CryShader the projection messes up. 3) When exporting a building to Crysis I can see the outside from the outside but when I go inside (or look through the door) the sides of the building is invisible and I can walk through it. (I can't walk through it from the outside) Anybody know why?
