When I try to export my model into CryEngine there is an error saying: “More texture UV found on wooden_barrel_tc_CryExportNode.polymsh_detached.” I have converted materials and made CryShaders for selections, but still have this error.

Hey people, can anyone help me solve the problem. I mean I would be verry happy if you could because I wouldn’t have problems exporting anymore and I could continiue making models.

appears that you have more than one texture projection on your object. The exporter and engine will only support one.

You have to use one Texture projection and then sub-projections to map your whole object. After you assign a simple texture projection, you can then go into the UV Texture Editor and use subprojections to map the whole object.

Look at the XSI help - F1 key and the community site tutorials on how to use the Texture editor.

Hi!
Well for starters you only need one texture projection.
When you create your object apply the unique UV projection on the whole mesh. Then select the polygons that you want to texture and apply the texture to them but for texture projection select already created texture projection(The unique UV).

When you do that go the explorer and press “M”,there select all materials and CONVERT them to cryshader.
