i am playing about with mod tool but i find that i dont have access to some of the properties i want to use.

The latest one i found (hence this post) is if i create a primitive and create a rigid body from it, i cannot set its bounding box properties. They are greyed out and inaccessible. Is it restricted for this or have i screwed some of the settings up ?
I also noticed i could not set the caching for live scrubbing, that was also greyed out.
I have reinstalled over the top but the setup would not allow a repair so i had to do a modify. Still no difference after though.

any ideas, thoughts , suggestions ?

Am i better off downloading the student version of Softimage 2012 ?

thanks

Hi

What bounding box properties? Detail and Subdivision level?
Those depend on the Collision Type. For example, if you change the Collision Type to Actual Shape, then both are enabled.
