Anyone else having troubles getting this to work?

Followed the videos to the tee. I can get the model into the game, but if I play with it the model is running around sideways and floating a couple feet off of the ground.

In Ued open the character part in the mesh editor, in the properties change the origin z=-51
rotation y=-90

This rig doesn’t work correctly in game. Characters are slanted at almost a 45 degree angle, and arms are messed up. Going to try and get a new rig up and running for people using XSI as well as a custom arm rig for people who want to change their arms for custom characters.
