im sorry u keep having trouble!

Try this, check the all textured box. and try to export. If that fails then make sure you have “all skin types selected” and try it like that.

I might just download the mod tool and see if i get the same error.

I tried exporting your EXP file with my modtool but i got the same error!!
I tried various versions of actorX but they wouldnt install because i have an ActorX.dll installed already and it wont delete it because it is “in use”

Help, how can i deleet the actorX.dll

To uninstall the ActorX dll:
1. File< Plug-ins Manager > 2. Click on the Plugins tab
3. Select the ActorX plug-in Right click “delete” using unload might be a better option for you while you are figure out what the issue is.

No it wouldnt let me uninstall it then I couldnt delete the .dll file manually because I had XSi stil running on task manager. But I sorted that, my new problem is my exported PSK file has the “skin” of the mesh missing. I can get a picture later because im on a school PC right now.
