XSI rig to Max

Hello

I have a character model that was created in Max. And the same model rigged in XSI. However I do not have anyone to animate in XSI and save a point cache out, to place on the Max render model. Is there away to get the XSI rig on to the Max model so that it can use a Bip file? perhaps through CAT?
