Hi,I’ve seen this vid about softimage.
I want to film my face and transcript the nimation to a character,how I do that?

well there are alot of ways but any will cost you if you simply don’t animate in face robot you can look here http://www.naturalpoint.com/optitrack/systems/bundles/ but you still have to still fix or tweak your mesh for final
render and know how to use softimage its a great package I think its the most modern UI and up there with maya and Side Effects houdini. also try this http://www.image-metrics.com/ good luck

sadly I dont think so. This stuff is high end and will always cost money to get or you can go to school or know someone who has it. I plan on buying it and spending the money to improve my animations. As it is at the moment getting killed by the automation of software coming out.
