Hey guys,

I’m working on a model with different UV sets, which means that I’m using ranges out of the default 0.1 0.1
As you know this is a very common process to reach a good quality using different texture maps for the same 3d model.

Cool, the question is: I’m mixing all the texture maps using a mix8colors node (all layers in add) and using the remap option in the images nodes. But when I render only work the two first images, and the rest of them are missed.

I’ve used this technique for years, in Maya and also in previous versions of XSI. Now I’m working with Softimage 2012. I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something?

If you have any tip, please give me a shout.

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Thank you oglu, I already knew that script, but I’m still having the same problem, even using the script.
Only render the two first images.

Dont use ADD…

Set the blending mode to Decal. That should do it.

If not, check your offset values.
