Hi,
first, i’m french and i’m not very good in english but i will try to be clear.
I have softimage 2012 and for the begining,i have big problems. Since 3 weeks, when i use de split edge tool, all the points go everywhere. Like is corrupt. Well i’m going to be crazy…
please help me !

First thing I would try is “runonce.bat”. This re-registers all DLLs and SPDL files.
And if it doesn’t work it’s harmless… Find the instructions here.
If that doesn’t work, do return here to find out some other options…

I had the same problem with the new 2012 SAP (64 bit). Ran “runonce.bat” and it solved it. No problems now.

Softimage 3.8 to 2013
Maya 1.5 to 2013
Asus G73s i7 laptop, 8 gigs RAM
Windows 7 pro 64 bit

I have the same problem, i try runonce.bar in prompt but not resolve

Could be something about the graphic card/display driver. For example, is AA set to Application-controlled?
