I want to see an image in the fx viewer but it seems that it doesn’t work: this image is not visible in the viewer as good as black.

although this one is visible in the fx-tree or one of rgb-channels… I can’t understand why.

what can I do against that? thank u very much!

If you cannot see an image in the viewer then it means your running a unlicensed version of Softimage.
I had a similar issue back when I had license issues. Now that my license issues were fixed I can utilize the composite and see the images. If you have a license then you need to submit a ticket to Softimage support so they can address it.

You can try the following to see if it happens with any image.
Try different formats.
If you have the 32 bit and the 64 bit versions then try them both.

Ensure you have the recomended hardware to run Softimage.

Good luck.
