I cross-posted this to XSI Base; I’m hoping for quick feedback.
I’m using Softimage 2010 and I’m trying to solve the following problem:
I have a point cloud with two emitters. The rigid body particles from both emitters must be able to collide with each other, which it does no problem. But I have certain geometry in the scene with which the particles from the first emitter must collide, and different geometry in the scene with which the particles from the second emitter must collide. I can’t seem to figure out how to filter the obstacle geometry so that the particles collide with them as desired, and still maintain proper inter-particle collision.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
