Free Automotive Modeling Tutorials?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that had some nice Automotive Modeling tutorials?
I am on a strict budget and cannot afford Digital Tutors. And so I was wondering if anyone knew of some. If you can help me in any way, I would greatly appreciate it.

You could play it with BS player and slow it down to normal speed.
