Get rid of edges

Hi,

often with modeling i have blue edges that i can’t delete how can i get rid of them?

you could try modify - PolyMesh - Weld Boundary Points/Edges. Those blue edges look quiet special. If you’re are getting trouble with this at rendertime, try deleting the (blue) edges after welding and then add some new ones…

These are opened edges.
In other words, they are holes in your mesh.
It looks like there may be polygon inside that object that you do not expect.

I got rid of them but not the way i like.
I deleted a lot of faces and rebuilded them.

alt+delete tends to do the trick for me when I need something like that deleted.

press ‘M’ and then use the weld tool and click on every point in contact with your ‘blue line’ (which is an open edge)
